• By registering on Eduway you agree to certain information, such as e-mail address, being provided to third parties in connection with the education procedure. Eduway will not disclose personal information without user's permission unless the laws and rules explicitly require it.

• Eduway can, from the data the user entered, offer the user products and services from third parties.

• The user is responsible for ensuring that the information stated in the user registration is correct and that username and password remain confidential. The user must notify Eduway if suspicion of improper use of the user account or other data in Eduway arises.

• The user is responsible for its use of the site and the results generated regardless of whether it is authorized or not.

• Eduway is not responsible for user's conduct on the site or in email related to Eduway. Note that there always are some risks in interaction with others via the Internet; this interaction is under the responsibility of the user. Eduway does not take responsibility whatsoever for conflicts that may arise.

• Eduway’s website is designed only for those seeking education, training, courses, and advice in these areas. It is forbidden to make a false or incomplete registration in order to provide, collect or copy the information and materials from the site. It is also forbidden to register with Eduway in order to market products, pyramid schemes or engage in recruitment activity that requires the recruitment of members, subcontractors or agents.

• It is strictly forbidden to use Eduway’s website to publish, send, store, destroy or link to material that:

1. Violates any law or copyright.
2. Confines of another persons privacy, publicity rights or which otherwise may seem offensive, objectionable, discriminatory, threatening or of a sexual nature.
3. Can be a risk for viruses (including browsers, Trojans, spiders, avatars, robots, intelligent agents) or other material that could damage the site and/or its users.

• The user commits to not use others information, account or logging into a server that is not designed for the user. Furthermore it is forbidden to test the system’s vulnerabilities and break the security barriers. User may not use the software, tools, drivers, or other technology to interfere with or navigate the site. Only Eduway’s search engines and customary browsers (Netscape, Navigator and Microsoft Explorer) are permitted to use website.

• Eduway reserves the right to, at any time, suspend any user who violates Eduway’s terms of service or of any law or regulation. Eduway also reserves the right to take necessary legal action in cases where this is necessary.

• All terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with Swedish law and tested by Swedish courts, primarily by the Stockholm district court.
